Cornwall Cakes produce high quality, hand-made cakes and desserts for the catering industry using the finest Cornish ingredients.

Cornwall Cakes was established in 1996 and working from a bakery in Bude, North Cornwall, we produce handmade desserts for catering businesses all across the South-West of England and also further afield. In addition to this, individuals are welcome to pop into the bakery at anytime to purchase cakes and desserts for private functions, birthdays, wedding and dinner parties.

We try to source as many of our ingredients from around Cornwall, thus ensuring that everything going into our products is of the highest quality, in order to enhancing the award winning tastes!

The business is owned by chef Ben Dayman, who along with 2nd Chef Heather Symons ensure the upmost care goes into every stage of production of every product. Both Ben and Heather have a wealth of catering experience and both started off by training at North Devon College.
